This is a private professional network I host.
We are a community of avid achievers coming from a myriad of backgrounds and places. From extensive world travelers, to high performing entrepreneurs, tax professionals, legal experts, military members and veterans, philanthropists, real estate professionals, to innovators and other creatives and highly skilled individuals.
We connect and discuss the following topics and areas of interest:

I engage and share my thoughts and opinions about these things, and actively coordinate with the other members here. I also share my thought process and approach to trades and investment into projects I have made, and as I continue to make them.
I am not a financial representative nor do I provide financial advice. This is a learning environment and social group. There are many risks in all of these spaces we discuss, but this specifically is an environment where ideas can be communicated, critiqued, and fine-tuned. All participants are responsible for their own personal welfare in this regard to any actions taken. The value and proposition here is that we are a tight community looking to help one another with support and direct feedback to whatever thoughts and challenges we face.
In terms of how I went about creating this group and moderate it, I will give you some additional insights into who I am and what I’m passionate about.
I was a Military Officer that got into investing in stocks in my free time starting in early 2015. What started out as a hobby and side interest, soon became a fascination and full-time pursuit. After fulfilling my military commitment in late 2017, I left active duty in order to focus on these things. In conjunction with my plans to depart the service, I learned of Bitcoin for the first time at the start of the year right around the time when it first broke the $3,000 mark. Already comfortable investing in highly speculative and asymmetrical risk/reward type things, I jumped in. My world has never been the same.
Fast-forward a few years, I started to really begin expanding again in the crypto space when things shut down due to the outbreak of Covid-19, and more specifically, once the US Government started printing money without a plan behind it. After the crazy pump of 2017 and subsequent bear market that followed, I wasn’t especially active, but I never sold anything that I picked up from that time. I want to clarify, I’m an investor and not a trader in terms of style. When I find something I believe in, I choose to commit as best as humanly possible. I typically buy with plans to hold long-term, but will adjust positions on a rare periodic basis, only brought on by major market signals and economic shifts. My average position I’ve held for approximately 5+ years, for context. The only area where this is a little different for me, right now, is with NFTs. I’ll explain more about those later, but my foray into them is relatively new and I’m actively learning and formulating my thoughts on them as I go. This latter bit was what inspired me to create this community.
I never studied formally to do any of this investing aside from attaining a Business minor in college which consisted simply of some statistics, financial accounting, and micro and macroeconomics courses. In the military I was a Supply Officer by trade however, and amongst my many duties included managing the books and creating budgets, forecasting, and allocating funds and resources for a multitude of units I operated with. It was my responsibility to make sure my unit, my people, got what they needed and were provided for. Everything I know I’ve discovered through personal experience and experiments, speaking and connecting with others doing similar things or that have had direct experience in those worlds, and reading avidly on my own. I also have connections and investments relating to real estate – owning and renting properties, utilizing the tax benefits around them, and employing hypothecation – that is also a passion and interest.
Relating to some of my personal philosophy, in the briefest of explanations, trust in the power of the collective. Know your people and seek out those who can help bring you and those around you up. Utilize your resources and networks, and always be seeking to expand them and bring new people into the circle. You only truly learn, in my opinion, through trial and error. From putting “skin in the game.” Through sacrifice. You can attain ideas from the trials and tribulations of others, but until you take the wheel and run through things yourself, you’ll never know the intangibles. You need to be able to make mistakes in order to learn. To err is human. We are here to help one another through these individual trials, with collective empathy and support. But we will not do it for you, the first step is always your own.
My vision is to connect all the people that have made me who I am today, bring them closer together bridging the gaps between them, and share everything I have to offer in order to build a lasting community where we can further grow, create, and develop new and innovative things together. These relationships I’ve developed are with incredible people and I enjoy my time interacting and doing amazing things with each and every one of them. I want to make that experience even better, and keep on developing new avenues we can be a part of and compound upon together. I plan on building these types of connections throughout the rest of my life, that’s my ‘Why’. That’s what I get excited about every single morning when I wake up. This is not a simple social experiment. I genuinely believe in the power of the people in my life, these connections, and how I can continue to have new experiences with each of them. One of my greatest personal struggles I’ve had to deal with was when I left the military and lost the camaraderie I had on a daily basis there. It took me a while to realize what caused this void, but it was the clear lack of connection and community from what I once had there. I imagine I’m not alone with this feeling. By sharing all this now and creating this space, I want to make my success, our success. I want to make something I can always turn to that will be uplifting and keep me excited, and that further does the same thing in the exact same way for the other people in my life too. That’s my vision and ultimate goal with this group. To cultivate a strong supportive community that grows and succeeds together.
A few additional pointers.
In regards to the group and all members, we encourage the use of digital identities for a few reasons. The main interest is privacy. There is something to be said about this – once it’s gone there’s no getting it back. I’ve recommended all participants to use first names only, nicknames, or these digital identities to preserve this. That does not mean you can’t share personal information, especially upon connecting and finding other users in the group you make friendships with, I just want to be clear, and believe it’s good practice in all things online, that all members are aware of this fact and setting and that this is the only true safeguard that will be provided here. If I discover anyone with malicious intent, abusing or seeking to doxx or target anyone in here, they’ll be banned and potentially reported depending on the nature and severity of the activity. This is my group and my community, my tribe so to speak. I will always defend, protect and advocate for it.
In terms of rules, they are simple and few. Treat others with respect and as you would like to be treated. No blatant racism, discrimination, or bullying. But also, no woke canceling, witch hunts or persecutions. Keep the subject matter relevant, and no posting or soliciting anything outright illegal or unsettling. This is a semi-professional group in this respect, so keep things somewhat work-place appropriate. There are members here from all over the world and from all sorts of backgrounds. This is a constructive space and no thought or idea shall be censored. In matters of dispute around this, the community will put to vote whether to ban an individual if several complaints are submitted to me. We are a community with intent to see each other succeed, we look to build and cultivate a positive and supportive space.

You have to travel and potentially sweat a little for this one. But, it’ll be worth it. Even if you don’t find the community is for you after all you’ve gone through, I guarantee the journey to get there will be an experience. If you attain one of my adventure based ‘Come find me’ NFTs and go to that specific geo-coordinate included with each one, and then send me your own photo from that very spot to the email provided with the NFT purchase, you will gain entry into this group. Cross paths, meet me, and make an impression, even if you don’t realize you’re doing that. I’m relatively quiet in person, (at times maybe, I think? idk), and don’t go out of my way to make it known that I’m a hardcore crypto/web3 degen. I’m human, so I definitely have flaws, but I think I have a pretty good sense of getting a gist of individuals I meet and their character over shared interests. Even though I consider myself low-key, I do love being surrounded and in the thick of things, like sitting in a busy coffee shop simply watching the buzz while enjoying hardly being noticed off to the side. I have my opinions, but regardless, I find people fascinating and love learning where they come from and how they got there, and sharing about experiences, lessons learned, and in desires and aspirations of things to try. I get along well with almost everyone, even if they do believe in highly centralized, fiat-based, dying entities. I attend many crypto conferences and events every year. I don’t showcase or publicize what I do, but if we do meet and connect, you’ll know.

On a final note, I appreciate my privacy. I’m resigned to the notion that soon it’ll be gone, no matter how hard we try to prevent that from happening. I’m not trying to be some anon coming out of the deep web, but I do like using a pseudonym here and for anything public. Gaining and garnering unnecessary attention is not always a good thing, in my opinion. To that, if we meet in person, you’ll get to know the real me, but for all others, don’t feel like you’re missing out. I’m still me, even if I go by something else here.
This is a living experiment, so don’t be surprised if a few changes are made along the way. I’m literally having a blast making all of this, and am ecstatic about so many things happening at this moment. Every day. I look forward to you all joining me. This is the time to be alive.
